The Nerima Art Museum is currently celebrating the 60th anniversary of Cellotape (or Sellotape... those damn Japanese and their non-romanized spelling always confuse me) with Ryo Sehata's sculpture gallery. This cat was found and nursed back to health after losing his tail and both hind legs. He was nursed back to health by employees of an Akita, Japan bookstore. Apparently, cars are not the only thing you can store in a parking garage. Labeled as "eco cycle", this small "parking" for bicycles can hold up to 144 bikes and is apparently underground.
